I’m a therapist offering individual therapy for adults seeking support, healing, and growth. I offer a safe, supportive environment to explore life’s challenges — from self-esteem, stress, and trauma to anxiety, depression, anger, and more. My approach is person-centered and strengths-based, working collaboratively to understand patterns, resolve emotional struggles, and support lasting change. Wherever you are in your journey, I’m here to walk with you.
LET’S BE REAL
Sometimes we carry pain for so long, it becomes part of our everyday. Other times, it shows up suddenly — in our relationships, moods, or how we see ourselves. I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the power of being heard, of having space to slow down, and make sense of what’s going on inside.
I work with people navigating a wide range of experiences — from anxiety and depression to trauma, emotional intensity, or feeling stuck in old patterns. Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and build toward clarity, self-compassion, and change.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. It’s just a space — your space — to be honest, supported, and seen. If that sounds like something you’re ready for, I’m here.
Work with me
I’m here to support you in navigating life’s challenges and stepping into meaningful change.
Together, we’ll create a space that’s tailored to your unique needs — whether you’re processing past experiences, managing stress and anxiety, or seeking clarity and growth. With compassion, curiosity, and evidence-based approaches, we’ll work toward the version of you that feels more grounded, resilient, and aligned.
ABOUT ME
I’m a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from UNC Charlotte, where I graduated in 2023. I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space for people to explore what’s going on beneath the surface and move toward meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, I love hiking, being in nature, and spending time with my dog, Rex — who’s definitely my guy. I believe in the power of connection, curiosity, and showing up as our full, human selves — in and outside the therapy room.
Together, we’ll explore what’s happening beneath the surface and build toward clarity, self-compassion, and change.
Therapy doesn’t have to be intimidating. It’s just a space — your space — to be honest, supported, and seen. If that sounds like something you’re ready for, I’m here.
